Delivery & Returns

All deliveries to Mainland UK (stock permitting) will be despatched within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will aim to let you know the approximate delivery date and notify you when it is ready for delivery.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES

£6.95 for all items under 20 kilos to the UK mainland and £9.95 to the Scottish highlands & Northern Ireland. Deliveries outside Mainland UK will be charged at cost. Please call one of our Customer Service advisors on 0208 965 0662 who will be happy to provide you with a quote.

We will despatch all goods by a registered carrier, whereby you will be requested to sign for receipt of goods.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase(s), however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please return the item(s) to us within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange.

Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We recommend that you use insured, registered delivery and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless the item(s) are faulty, in which case we will happily reimburse you in full.
